Since its founding in 1985 The Examiner Corporation has been based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We've never outscourced our software's development and we never plan to.

Our hardware partner, Chatsworth Data, has been in the forms data capture business since 1971. Since then they have designed and manufactured cutting edge optical mark readers and scanners for gaming/lottery, vote tabulation, education, healthcare and government customers worldwide. Their design and manufacturing facility is located in Chatsworth, California, were they proudly make each and every ACP-100, the hardware core of the Examiner Express assessment system.
